The right candidate will work effectively with support, designers, developers, and product management to bring our customers the service they deserve while using your experience to ensure processes runs as efficiently as possible.

Required attributes

• Passion for quality assurance of end-user applications
• 2 years experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking, and resolving quality issues in Web, Windows/Unix testing environment
• Proficient in SQL, Unix, database basics, web technologies
• Experience in writing detailed test cases
• Experience in the defect management process
• Experience in detailed analysis of requirements and creating test plans and matrixes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of quality assurance procedures, testing methodologies, and development lifecycle experience
• Familiarity with QA tools and techniques, bug tracking systems, test design, and execution
• Well-organized with a positive attitude and ability to work and communicate with all levels of management including external partners, such as vendors, system integrators, etc.
• Ability to work on multiple products in short cycles
• Ability to work at both detailed and abstract levels
• Ability to develop automated custom QA solutions
• Ability to solve problems creatively
• Sharp, inquisitive, high productivity
• Willingness and ability to create and adapt to new technologies
• Desire to solve real problems for real users
• Experience with automation tools is a plus
